Pros

Amplifon was the best company that I have ever worked for. The experience and professionalism of the Executive Team is unmatched. Amplifon Americas understands the need for work-life balance and that each employee defines that differently. They do their best to always accommodate the needs to their employees, when those needs are reasonable.

Cons

The size of the company in the US prohibits up word growth in some departments. However, they company does an amazing job of finding other methods to grow their employees (i.e. further education, training or mentor programs).

Company features a good benefits plan.

Cons

Senior management, led by the CEO, appears to always be in a retrenching mode, rather than a growth mode. New efforts and programs are pushed without the manpower or money to back it up and complete execution. IT department doesn't allocate efforts based on contributions to EBITDA, they appease friends, and many are incompetent. Career growth opportunities are limited.

Pros

If you don't have any big goals and you need a piece full life with low salary then this is the place.

Cons

No learning, slow career growth. You can't think of your own as all decisions are taken at management level. When I say management, it's 3-4 people who are close to ceo. Others just follow the decisions made by these people. Basically you will loose your professional identity if you work in this organization.
