      A great workplace to work,constant guidance from seniors having professional acumen of 15-20 yrs.

      Not anything....everything is good about the company.....you won't find anything negative abt the company...everyone in the company is helpful

      Pros

      Good team ethic, good focus on clinical testing. A good selection of technology available and a nice working environment. All staff were very pleasant.

      Cons

      Not a well known brand in UK and diaries can be very quiet. Expectations are to form local alliances with other businesses such as care homes and GP surgeries which can be harder than it sounds. Career progression is talked about but also very difficult to achieve - quite a gap between leadership and people in the trenches. You have to be quite cliquey with the management which some can manage but not all want to be. I am not sure company can keep the differentiation it is trying to achieve between itself and competitors.
