- Friendly/ fun team - Leadership is very approachable and makes each team member feel valued and appreciated - Enjoyable work - Open work environment - Work/life balance - There have been a lot of changes to the company within the last 6 months but they have all been positive ones. Everyone on the team was friendly, welcoming and professional. Management is honest and ethical. The business provides lots of opportunities to contribute to the community as well as have a little fun in the office. Goals and objectives for growth are routinely tracked and discussed so that everyone is on the same page. Lots of opportunity for career growth as well.
