Good location to work and nothing more than location.

Cons

Poor management and coworkers behavior is so arrogant. If they are more experienced one, get ready to face their mood swings. No minimum knowledge of usage of computers. If you try to give them the simplest and easiest root, they feel that you are showing off your skills.
