Pros

Good colleagues with talent and willingness to work. Some leaders are actually very good. Most of them sadly are not.

Cons

The company is suffering from poor leadership, a lack of business control, little professional growth, too much politics and not enough humanity. The CMO in Spain boasts of her solid experience as a marketer but is unable to communicate effectively to her team, particularly when it comes to fostering unity and motivation. The leadership team is quick to blame others when mistakes are made. Your day-to-day work is at least two hours longer than your contracted hours, and you are expected to adapt to frequent changes in priorities. This makes it challenging to do your job and reconcile your personal life outside the work environment.

Pros

Great field staff, not much else.

Cons

Too many. The company is sales masquerading as healthcare. As a Client Adviser it's not a bad gig if your diary is full, but when it's not, you become a telemarketer. They have us compete for rewards for telemarketing too. Telemarketing aside, there's a real "not my problem" culture where outside of your clinic and senior, no one is helpful and everyone passes the buck. They push the audiologists hard too.
