As (y)our CEO, I really am proud to agree with you: it is fair to say that we are a pretty great place to work ;-) That said: As (almost) always, there is definitely room for improvement. And, as you point out: We are a company in growth mode and transition; fast-paced and ambitious. With that comes the need to focus on priorities and to keep everyone in the loop of progress, unexpected developments & change. As you say, we are getting better at it but we can do better still. It is hard to 'over communicate', especially in times of transformation. THANK YOU for your feedback and do well.
