Thank you (!) for your review; ESPECIALLY (!) as you are raising your voice as an active team member. When we are working at a company day-in-day-out, I do not take for granted that anyone would make the time to share their experience. That said, of course, it is nice to hear - as (y)our CEO - that you endorse the change we are going through and support we are trying to give. This year alone, in fact, 12.000 training hours have been invested already! That said, I hear you when you say ‘working hours can be long sometimes’... with the day-2-day job and the transformation - as exciting as it can be - we do, indeed, recognize we have excessive working hours in some parts of the organization. We continue to recruit and look for top talent to join us but, then, we also always have to be prudent as we go along of course. In the meantime, ANYONE can help and step up to tell their managers - or me directly (the door is always open, as you know) - what we can STOP doing or, perhaps, should POSPONE. The more the better, as it frees up our time for the new and exciting stuff in our roadmap! Thank you for taking the time to share your view about AMPLIFON Americas. Yours, MCL

The team at Amplifon has been great to work with very helpful coworkers and knowledge sharing has made the start to my career path here very bright.

Cons

Some of the processes are very manual at the present time. So looking forward to the challenge of improving these processes and gaining efficiencies to help the company and team in the future.

"Some very manual processes", indeed! That is the brutal fact that we still have to face "at present time" across several parts in the organization. In fact, as (y)our CEO, I often adress this even in the interviews that I conduct as I want everyone to understand what (a) they are getting themselves into, potentially and (b) to give comfort that two of our biggest ongoing projects are called BACKBONE TRANSFORMATION and BIG DATA. We have recognized that we are a fast growing company with a need to redesign our systems / process / data infrastructure; which we are doing & which we are doing fast. In fact, we are only a year away from some very exciting and cool changes in this regard; so, watch the space ;-) THAT SAID... as someone one asked me "If you could have the best structures, the best systems, the best processes or... the best people; what would you want...?"... my answer did not require a lot of reflection... I WANT THE BEST PEOPLE! And, I am proud to say, having worked in many countries and having engaged with many companies... we got amongst the best people in terms of the WHAT we do and HOW we conduct ourselves. WELCOME to the team!

Pros

Amazing opportunities for growth within the company, management/leadership actually CARES and LISTENS to what you personally think and feel. I personally have never worked for a company that valued each individual employee as much as this company does. We have equal opportunites to coworkers in our departments, bi-weekly one-on-ones with our direct supervisors, attainable commission goals that can be achieved within the first few months of working here, monthly team meetings, and a caring and genuine culture of people who want to help others. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to those looking for a company to learn and grow with.

Cons

This is a personal pro for me, but there is a lot of change in this company... but without change, we can't grow - we become stagnant. I see the changes leading us to further developing our employees, our customers, and our brand.

What an amazing review! THANK YOU! As your CEO, to hear that you feel listened to & cared for, is a BIG thing. Especially, in times of strong growth and rapid change (which you rightly highlight as a potential CON for some and a potential PRO for others), it is important to stay connected with everyone (irrespective of whether you thrive in fast changing environments or not)... As one of my favorite quotes goes: "If you want to go fast, go alone! If you want to go far, take your time to take others along!" That said, I have to play the compliment back to many of you within our AmpliFAM: For leaders to be able to listen and care, it takes the organization to SPEAK UP and voice their opinions. This, I do NOT take for granted (whilst I do expect any modern leader to listen & care) as it takes courage and trust, to make your voice heard. I truly believe we are getting better at this as an organization and I hope that more and more of you speak up, to allow us to listen, care and go far... together. Yours, MCL
