Pros

Work from home call center where they supply you with two monitors, a laptop, headset with noise cancellation, and keyboard/mouse. Since we are not in office, you can take full advantage of breaks and meals getting to spend time in your home with no commute.

Cons

The new system used in AHHC is not user-friendly or intuitive. Lots of system issues.

-No professional growth -low pay with high expectations to meet budgets -hearing aid servicing (no training) -expected to train new staff (this is constant because turn over is so high) -dodgey Auds -constant pressure to sell and push HA’s on customers Do not recommend

Cons

Micro management of KPIs, no appreciation of experience or skills other than sales. Insane number of meetings and emails that pressurise employees to sell more and more to existing clients without an understanding of Audiology and code of ethics. Middle and upper management is horrible. Do not join this company unless you don't have any other option.
