There is no care for our existing patients. They only care about numbers and new patients. There is bad communication with our area manager. I've been here less than a year and I have seen 3 different area managers. They will hire you on the promise of staying in one location but instead of training our CCC's to become HCA's, they will spread the HCA's and other HAA's thin to different branches. Blame culture and manipulative management.
