Handful people in Management, they consider India entity as their own business and run it as a LALA company, without having any standard policies or procedures in place. They tweak and turn the policies in their favor any time they want. Does not allow you to grow in the organization unless you lick their feet or wag the tail. 5 management team members "The Panchayat" along with their Sarpanch, gained 10+ years in the company, but are still struggling to learn how to run the business. They make decisions based on some facts and they flip their decision JUST LIKE THAT. Not a Stable or Secure company, if you want to apply your mind to work. Good company for those who are comfortable working on a low salary and want to follow the decisions of others.

Poor management ;phones at times down for weeks along with internet; poor communication with employees; poor education on equipment an hearing aids; regular violence an criminal activity outside of office an had window broken out by drug addict with hammer in office at this location!!office at one of the most violent areas near a homeless shelter in Saskatoon!!Everyday seeing assaults etc!!A parking is horrible!!
