Thank you for your feedback on several areas to improve. We take your feedback on cross functional communication, employee recognition, and clear accountability seriously. We have implemented a rhythm for employee recognition that should facilitate a stronger acknowledgement of the work our team delivers. In addition, we have outlined clearly the priorities for our Company and interdependencies cross-department. This should have a longer term positive impact on communication and accountability - but it is a work in progress.
