      Young atmosphere. Mobility. Creates innovative educational assessment products.

      Cons

      Completely destroyed by horrible management decisions. Being downsized 50-70%.

      Pros

      Work with a great team, good benefits, and good pay. Many very passionate that love what they do, and truly want to deliver the best for the students out there.

      Cons

      Huge lack of procedures, and those in place are mostly ridiculous. Way too paranoid with legal department involved in everything. Micro managed in a way I have never seen in any company before.

      Pros

      Nice office, location, salary, and benefits. Smart, well qualified employees that could make a huge impact on education. Full stop.

      Cons

      Management. Company needs better and clearer leadership that respects and listens to the expertise they have accumulated. Instead, people with less expertise make decisions, disrupting work flow, wasting time, only to reverse course a few months later. And then they wonder why thing a get delayed.
