      Smart and dedicated people, interesting products, interesting technology work, flexible work arrangements (if you ask for it), lots of ability to add skills and change jobs within company (again if you ask for it)

      Leadership often in flux, lack of clear company goals, Brooklyn location not good for commuters

      - Hard working people - Good product (when it's done right) - Nice offices - Great coworkers - Good spot bonuses - Comp days for working extra/overtime

      - Poor management - Poor communication between departments - Not great with benefits: PTO capped at 20 days, can only carry over 5, no sick days - Low morale at times
