Pros
Recent restructuring and refocusing on corporate culture go a long way toward recapturing what once made this an exceptional place to work. Flexible work arrangements, growing autonomy and management that cares about employee satisfaction.
Cons
Several previous attempts at restructuring and a management team that was out of touch with reality caused a loss of focus and direction which severely impacted employee moral. Most if not all of that management team has been replaced and the organization appears to be back on track.
