People in the company work hard and are nice. There does not seem to be much politics going on. I feel respected by my cross-functional partners working here.

Company stock is dropping, which is out of our control, regardless of how hard we work on...product quality and aesthetic could be improved...

Shiny object syndrome. Build and ship things without accountability in measured impact. High turnover at leader levels. Departures in the past 1.5 years. EVP Engineering Entire second line eng management (2 VPs, multiple directors) CPO Entire 2nd line of product management and design (twice!). Chief Architect/co-founder The SaaS market is competitive and the expectations are high from Wall Street. This is not the type of company that can win.
