It is a job if you can't find any other way to pay the bills.

Cons

Think of all the worst stereotypes of this industry, and you will find them all at this company. Management is only worried about the bottom line in short term fragments and makes decisions that lead to issues later down the road. They regularly sacrifice their ethics so they look good to those on the outside while rotting away from the inside.

Your work in unappreciated,expensive health insurance, Very poor management , even if you work hard and your performance is exceptional, the operation manager will disrespect you and take things personal the first time you disagree with him, then you're fired after 2 weeks. They used the covid-19 pandemic as an excuse to lay off the people they had a personal issues with, and when the work started to get busy again they left those people out without a job and hired new people . So instead of supporting their employees during this hard time they took advantage of them. What a shame on a company like amspec to keep such a manger. Save your time and dignity and stay away from this branch.
