New leadership falling to connect priorities with reality. Constantly promising to prioritize, then cutting work nobody's heard of while still asking for 70 hours of work in a 40 hour week. CEOs main relationship to employees is hoping they follow him on Instagram. Some groups want data to inform decisions, others want to twist it to support a choice they've already made.

Some IT employees at Amway can be awful to work with. Some Amway employees have a habit of just out right refusing to help people. Most are very impatient and short tempered. Most annoyingly this continues even at detriment to the teams progress. Even at a department level it seemed to be acknowledged as a problem and some effort seemed to be put forward to help this. But it's this pocket of people who seem to hoard information and are unwilling to change that stifle progress. Now don't get me wrong not EVERY one is like this but unfortunately it's rare to work with reasonable people.
