      Working at Amway has been a enriching work experience for many reasons, e.g. diversity in the work and people around the world, caring culture that encourages volunteer work for the community, etc.

      Cons

      Some newly hired management at Amway sometimes slows up and/or stops the momentum on strategic initiatives because there seems to be a lack of understanding of the Amway business and the internal culture when they start.
