Pros

No reason to work for these idiots.

Cons

Closed minded management. Not willing to do new things. Manage by fear and intimidation. If you stand up for employees, you get fired.

Chaos without pay

Pros

The best parts of working at Amy's are the people and the general comraderie. Everyone has a good attitude and is fairy friendly.

Cons

The ownership is lacking in direction and it causes constant chaos. The size of the company is too large for the owners to be so involved on such a minute level.

Pros

There is fast growth opportunity to those that work hard and have a good attitude. The people are generally friendly, there is a sense of camaraderie and teamwork.

Cons

Nepotism/favoritism is apparent and they don't pay fairly for the area or the job. There are a lot of people who have worked here a long time and feel very entitled and/or refuse to change anything. Long hours, hard work, minimal pay increase annually.
