Pros

Initially a great job where contributions and new ideas were welcomed. Exceptional health benefits Fully remote roles

Cons

Disappointed in management that reduced needed staff rather than fix the companies financial issues another way. They could have reskilled and cross trained to other areas of the organization to fill gaps. Company is hanging onto old fashioned values (handmade items but cannot retain staff) vs more automation. Minimal severance packages.
