The best parts of working at Amy's are the people and the general comraderie. Everyone has a good attitude and is fairy friendly.

Cons

The ownership is lacking in direction and it causes constant chaos. The size of the company is too large for the owners to be so involved on such a minute level.

Cons

no good leadership and support from management (at least I didn't get ). I was told I could suggest improvements , but when I did they said it can't be done.
