Pros

Low cost health centers at plant locations that offer wellness & basic services are beneficial, esp for those with children. The quality of the food is good.

Cons

Culture has gone downhill dramatically. Politics are now rampant. No transparency. White males move up faster & more often than women/minorities. HR is far too tolerant of unacceptable behavior. Staffing levels & workloads are very inconsistent and management is unresponsive to issues.
