Pros

Benefits are good, atmosphere is very laid back, People are generally nice

Cons

Office is often too casual, Very little chance for promotion, Low pay for area, High turnover, Significant Growing Pains! They often bring in experienced workers over internal promotions. This has led to a number of employees who are just 'riding it out'. Ambitious workers tend to leave due to this atmosphere of no internal growth and uninspiring coworkers.

Pros

The owner truly cares about his employes, the benefits are decent and majority of middle management are good leaders.

Cons

The company doesn't believe in work like balance across the board expect to work Saturdays. The pay is well below the standard, low level employees run the show.
