Toxic work environment, not at all like how they represent themselves in the interview process. Nepotism. Always on the clock and hard to have a work life balance.

Pros

The support of the owners and senior leadership is tangible. There is a lot to do, but also a lot of support. When you bring ideas and suggestions to the table, there are listened to with openness and, if they aren't adopted, you know exactly why.

Cons

Sometimes the workload can be heavy, but it's a growing company. As soon as possible headcount is added where it is needed.
