Pros

Great company and values. The founders are really passionate about what they do and they are a humble company that genuinely cares about people.

Cons

Not organized, lack of vision, lack of budget. The company is humble but should really pay employees more.

Pros

Just another place to work

Cons

The providers are not getting payed by the insurance company, so some of use have been taken to collections. Hr says that the providers are not allowed to take us to collections while the claims in mediation with patients advocate but Providence says otherwise. Lots of canned answers from corporate and HR. Some bills get payed some don't.
