      Pros

      The overall idea for the product has promise despite that it is not a true cloud application.

      Cons

      Technical leaders are not really technical in SF. The UK team is not very good but believes the opposite. Big egos and not much to back it up. The CEO is mildly engaged but not technical at all. Would move on but there is still a little bit of opportunity here. Many other startups with more promise and better leaders.
