      Beware!!!!

      Flexible hours exposure to many new technologies

      Cons

      -Senior Managers/Directors have no vision or plan future. No wonder company is going private. It need serious management overhauling. -Worst thing about this company is the culture. People are disrespectful and use derogatory language with sub-ordinates and juniors. Some of senior directors do this very often. -Ironically company's values "diversity and inclusion" doesn't reflect in leader's actions, there is too much bias. -Innovation and enthusiasm is killed very smoothly here. If your ideas are different from others , you will be outcasted and your ideas will be ignored. - If you are women or person of color or LGBTQ then you won't flourish here. you might get by and survive.

      Leadership needs to understand that sales are not the only people that matter.

      Pockets of good people decent benefits good product some of the new leadership on the director level is promising

      Culture. The focus on the sales teams at this company is starting, especially from the CEO. We gave our top sales person a brand new Porche in addition to a very generous commission check, OVER 3 MONTHS before anyone else got a cent of their bonus. Don't get me wrong, sales are very important, especially at a young public company like Anaplan. But the fauning over our sales people, especially at all hands meetings, while other departments barley get any recognition (if any). Also there's a lack of clarity around RTO and Compensation for non-sales persons. Speaking for myself, I'm still doing interesting and challenging work, and thank God I have a really good line manager. But if I didn't have that relationship. I think that I would certainly be on the hunt for a new gig.

      Chaos and Confusion

      Good Stock Price Good Space and location Good health benefits and commuter benefits

      Cons

      This is not a good place for an engineer early in his career as there is too much politics driven from the leadership on-site. I tend to agree with few points raised before, Open and public criticism is very normal day to day by the leadership. There is no training opportunities and every person you talk with is very frustrated and hanging in just to cash out some stock.
