      -Some of the top global talent in the SaaS industry -A product that is a leader in all the categories where we do business -Opportunity to work with the largest companies in the world - 20% of the Global 2000 are in our customer base -Ample white space and a growing market for connected planning means the opportunity to grow as a company and individual continues to be huge -Strong user base who genuinely love working with Anaplan -A new Executive leadership team who are bringing real operational know how and creating a meaningful employee engagement model to take the business to the next level

      Cons

      -Not a con, but something that anyone working here needs to accept - there's an increased focus on accountability and anyone who doesn't act like an owner won't be happy here -Change will be a constant theme and it always has been but the new Executive leadership team has much improved and tested frameworks for effectively managing change and we're already seeing big improvements in how changes are rolled out.
