Embarking on a Rocketship may have some drawbacks! things are changing at a fast pace, there is always more to do, but if you're enjoying what you do for living, it is just more fun then!

Although the product is fantastic, but there are few people at the company that actually understand what Anaplan is. Absurd requests come down from the exec team on a daily basis. Internal processes from business operations to HR, are non-existent and there is very little interest from leadership to improve this. The best Anaplanners are quitting left and right, while incompetent management seems to do little to stop it. The professional services team is stretched very thin, overworked and severely underpaid. As a result the turnover is sky high. If I had to boil it down to the core issues, it's basically that Anaplan only cares about selling, everything else isn't appreciated at all.
