TB takeover have left the company in tatters

Since the takeover in 2022 by Thoma Bravo the company has steadily been stripped of the identity and resources that used to make it thrive. We are gaslight by the board and force-fed condescending corporate speel. The writing was on the wall since the takeover but since the pivot to out-source the majority of engineering roles, there is little future for employees. You can see many reviews for these takeovers by TB and I can attest that this is all pretty accurate. No chance for a future in these companies and you're better jumping than being pushed

Good product Flexible work environment

Cons

Cost cutting because of PE Firm Long competitive sales cycles Leadership out of touch with reality Internal systems are all broken Everyone fears losing their job Horrible territory and quota planning for their own reps, but we sell Anaplan for territory and quota planning. Inbound lead flow depends on territory. Internal training doesn't match reality. Not sure what marketing does at Anaplan.

Since updating the Go-To-Market Planning Model to support our territory and quota planning process last year, I’ve heard very positive feedback about the decisions we’ve been able to make around coverage and goals in AMER. Marketing is contributing a significant amount of our pipeline, and we’ve received strong reviews from customers and prospects on the Connect event series we launched this year.
