Pros

Free snacks and drinks Great coworkers who are willing to help Work/life balance is good, work does not consume your life Consistently profitable business, gives out good end of the year bonus

Cons

Poor communication from top to bottom Below market compensation unless you're a programmer like someone else previously mentioned Management is very unpredictable and will throw curveballs at you Very messy protocols Almost non existent inter department camaraderie

It's been fun with a few bumps in the road.

Pros

A diverse group of people (majority are young college graduates) that are nice and easy to get along with. Breakfast is provided several days a week. When you need a break at work, there is a luxurious massage armchair that employees can use at any time. 401k benefits after 3 months of employment. Good work-life balance. Annual bonus. You can pretty much choose what time in the morning you want to get in to work.

Cons

Not a lot of experienced senior employees. Somewhat high turnover. 401k vesting period is pretty shocking at 6 years to be fully vested. Parking options are not great. You have to either pay $110 to park in a nearby garage/lot or park in a free parking zone that is not in the best neighborhood.

Pros

There's quite a lot of young people. Most of them are down to earth people you would meet in college. Schedule is quite lenient you can always talk to your supervisor to change it based on your needs. The company offer 7 sick days, 15 days of PTO per year, and about 8 holiday all paid for.

Cons

Like other people said so far, the management is a mess because the company is growing everyone is struggling restructure the system. No one really knows what they are doing. Everyone is just trying to wing it to the best of their abilities. Sometimes, I don't even know who is in charge.
