      Pros

      The product, the customer stories and the people. It is a supportive environment to work in with management who listen! The benefits are great, we are spoilt! Location at grand canal dock is convenient. If you have an opportunity to work at Ancestry take it with both hands right away because the colleagues you get are probably just about the best bunch of people you can find.

      Cons

      I am not sure I can ever leave because I love it here too much.

      -good health benefits -very niche product

      Cons

      -worst management I have seen in my 15 year career -looks like management team is here to make quick money. Only 1/3 “smart employees” get stock options
