Pros

Work-life balance. At other jobs we would have death marches that could last for months.

Cons

Salary and benefits are average at best, but that is to be expected with the work-life balance.

Pros

Good culture, especially in International teams. Company is generous with benefits and perks. Very flexible with working hours and location, once your role allows for that. Great opportunities to develop in earlier career, if you are proactive about seeking them out,

Cons

Environment is getting a little more corporate as the company grows. At a certain level there is limited career growth potential.
