      Pros

      Good Pay (probably slightly above market), Good benefits, co-workers are usually pretty cool, management is pretty good for the most part.

      Cons

      Really hard to move around within the company, moving up in the company is more based on who you know than what you know.

      Nice Company, Great culture, loved my team and colleagues. Work life balance was awesome.

      Cons

      I felt like most of the important events were happening in Utah. Average age of the employees is quite high. It is not generally known as a tech company
