      Good work/life balance, supportive manager

      Cons

      Very disorganized: multiple teams doing nearly the same thing but without coordination. Large multi-month projects that seem to have no end. Beneficial customer features discarded for "flat experiment results" (i.e. no major financial results even if good for customers). Discarding months of work is bad for employee morale.
