Renewal by Andersen is not just a place to come to work. This company is not where you just learn about your job that you do, but how you grow with your teammates here. Everyone is so nice and helpful and they want you to learn and grow like they are doing. The bottom line is if you want a job, a career, and a fun place to work you found it. “You know what they say if you love what you do at work you never work a day in your life”.

8-hour shifts OT pay if you have to work the weekends Clean climate controlled environment

Cons

Production manager micromanages and uses leads to spy on the other shifts and report back how supervisors manage their shifts. Production manager only communicates with the leads on all 3 shifts leaving the supervisors out of the loop and gets mad when we don't know what's going on. Supervisor's never involved in the hiring process of new employees. Most times you're getting someone's relative who is tight with the production manager and has no warehouse experience.
