      Lots of new products, no added pay

      Flexible schedule somewhat as determined by your hourly person or DM.

      Cons

      Anderson has added many new companies and products for us to merchandise, but not added time for us to do them all or given us more pay. We have to hurry, bust our butt to get everything done now and no more pay. And we keep getting new products every week! When do we get compensated? You guys get more business which was told to me as we get more business, we get more pay. Or make more of us full time. I’ve been covering 3 stores on a part time schedule! We need help and compensation. And i need health insurance. It’s a tough physical job, I need healthcare.

      Can't think of any!!!!!!!!!!! If you can call receiving a free DVD a year a pro.

      Cons

      One of the most unethical companies anyone could ever work for. Reading the posts from people from Plano, TX, I almost cracked a rib laughing. Know, these are fake posts from people from home office. These people will work you into the ground. Overtime is a guarantee that your time will be messed up, so you will need to remember all of your clock outs for weeks. There is no work life balance. No raises or pay incentives. Horrible benefits. No company match on retirement benefits.

      The company is a Pro for not doing anyting by their own guidelines & milking clients

      Cons

      Too many to name but here are a few: Deceptive to employees & clients, takes on too much work than can handle(if hired by new client at least deliver by hiring adequate man power)DM's need to watch their tone creating a hostile work environment when unable to complete activities(law suit?) No integrity doing clients activities (just answer anything & take a pic of something) Sold off books & music only to still do the work--get ready for the big sale off or attempt to make everyone part timers like competitors
