Good structure; Helpdesk support; part-time jobs.

Cons

Low pay; too many activities to complete within part-time hours; part-time hours lead to full time work with no benefits; very physical at times. Expectations are to work as much as possible to come in 100% on activities; asked to work Saturdays more than 1x monthly. Often pick up slack on other team members.

benefits are decent and occasional free movies

Cons

Full time employees will get hours cut under 30 hours a week during slow times. Midnight and overnight required work is not feasible for someone with a family. The new schedule system that will schedule you for 8am at a store 40+ miles away and then auto change to 6am overnight and you are required to be there at that time is very unfair. Making employees give availability but turn around and say the overnights are required. Mileage pay is way under paid

A few free movies and work independently. Nothing else. The entire company culture and mindset is derogatory, unappreciative, and dishonest.

Cons

Accrue paid time off- that you can NEVER use! The only thing surpassing the incompetence of the DMs and RMs, is the incompetent executives! Retaliation for using paid sick time if D dreams it is inconvenient. They cheat their clients. Bill them for numerous hours, schedule 30 minutes to complete work. If not laying off yet- it is coming!
