There are zero pros! Working a flexible schedule is honestly not enough to stay around for.

Cons

You are lied to on a daily basis. You can not believe anything you are told by upper management. Hours are constantly being cut and now people are being laid off without warning.

Free movies, working independently, no weekends (sometimes).

Cons

Takes on too many clients and expects employees to complete all the work in 40 hrs or less per week. Great liars! Laid off only to find out that more TSL's have been hired after me. What's the deal with this company?? Not compensated enough for all the hard physical work that you have to perform. Plus, main acct is walmart and they are horrible to have to deal with on a daily basis. Can't even stand to shop there myself.

Pretty flexible, work independently, decent pay. You meet a lot of people. Have more than one store so you are constantly on the go

Cons

Very physical. Book, music and video stocking. Not enough time allowed to complete activities. Expect to walk about 4 to 5 miles inside a Walmart store in one day. Not enough time allowed to complete activities. WORK OVERLOAD! 40 hour work week but expect you to complete 60-80 hours worth of activities. Associates have to rush and sometimes things are not done to the expectation of the client or company
