Lots of promises, no follow through

Pros

Flexible schedule, work isn't monotonous. Free videos every 6 months or so.

Cons

Walmart employees on a power trip, bordering on harrassing. Management is absent and not concerned with daily issues. Pay was very low and commissions were not what was indicated at hiring. No talk of pay raises at all. Was left to deal with problems on my own with no help from District Manager.

Pros

Your co-workers in the field are some of the hardest workers you will ever meet and are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Home office and upper management are so out of touch with what goes on out in the field it is scary. Communication has descended into absolute madness and has plummeted down to ocean-floor levels in a matter of months; it is mystifying that we are still continuing to get new business partners but also somewhat believable considering the snake oil salesman in charge of new business. The company constantly talks out of whichever side of its mouth seems most beneficial to talk out of at that time. There is NO semblance of professional development or advancement opportunities.

Work in Wal-Marts...hahaha...who am I kidding...that makes it even worse, as their employees are treated horribly as well.

Cons

Work hard but always listen to the negatives and no room for growth. At this point just trying to survive as a company. No development focus for their managers.
