      Pros

      Time requested off was always given. No boss breathing down your back at all times. Flexable start time in the mornings.

      Cons

      The stress, having to complete all of these projects Anderson is picking up. Wondering if there will be an Anderson in the years to come, with music and videos going digital. Working the freight that comes in, when WM is suppose to do it.

      Pros

      The best reasons went out the door years ago: creativity, independence, progressiveness, aggressive marketing, and simply trusting their employees. These characteristics made the job a career for those that had the mindset to successfully handle their market.

      Cons

      In my final years there, the company was filled with incompetence, lack of moral, promotions within certain circles, lack of clear objectives, and a complete loss of their unique identity.
