Working at Anderson allows for autonomy. The hours starting out were great because the hours allowed you to do your job effectively and efficiently. Management appeared to be willing to work with you and provide a level of support.

Cons

Pros

Working early and leaving early is great. And not having a boss breathe down your neck was good. But thats about it.

Cons

To much responsibly for a little amount of pay. They lay off people once they are through with you. They go over budget and makes employees pay for their mistakes. Had to travel to train and had to fight for the training money they owed me. Theres really nothing good about this job.

The pay at Anderson is pretty good. The management and other employees at Best Buy appreciate the work we do.

Cons

Our hours get cut back yet the tasks/jobs that need to get done are increasing - - very frustrating. Working early morn every Sunday is a big downside.
