Pros

The first 2 years were great. Plenty of hours and overtime. Got to travel. If there were any issues you just contacted your manager or regional manager and they would do their best to fix the issue.

Cons

Becoming a supervisor was the worst decision. No time off to spend with family. Granted, you get a Fridays and Saturdays off but you only travel home every 3rd weekend. After traveling, for however long, you usually only get a total of 8-16 home time. It's sad when the only perk is choosing which hotel you can stay in if it's within budget.

Pros

Get to meet and interact with all kinds of different people

Cons

Will hire you as a full time employee, promise you a minimum of 32 hours weekly, then give you part time hours. Toxic work culture Indirect threats/bullying were justified by manager Management says one thing then does another, then will try to blame you for their terrible communication Manager messes up? It will be your fault A blind eye is turned towards retaliation when open door policy is use Toxic work culture causing a decline in your mental health? It will be minimized and laughed off Will have you lie to clients about work you are doing

Pros

Decent pay, located in a nice area. Employee Savings Plan

Cons

Company has very old school, traditional values and benefits. Company not open to hybrid or remote working for all teams yet we all did for nearly 2 years. Tiny cubes, outdated and dark office. Kitchen small, no place to eat lunch unless you go back to ypur tiny cube or on the building patio (not ideal in winter or summer). No team building events for corporate office. Losing great talent due to low wages, limited benefits, and no remote work option. High employee turnover and we never know when new people are starting as they don't make any announcement, usually just see a new face in the break room or bathroom. Definitely a good ole boys club and Anderson family in exec position. Low employee moral. Raffles fund holiday party. Company very cheap and does very little to acknowledge corporate office staff. All focus and praise is on the field. Insurance is pricey and very basic PTO time compared to surrounding corporations. No ortho coverage.
