Don't even try

Pros

time flexibility and that is all.

Cons

1- Too many tasks that requires unbelievable amount of time to achieve. 2- Management (At least mine) intimidate you into working during your lunch breaks and your regular breaks, and if you ever talk about it you will be fired immediately. 3- no space to grow. 4- very high turn over rate, which means as long as you are employed you'll have to do other people's jobs till they hire someone... at some point you'll work between 65 and 70 hours a week for months and saying no once is a green card for your boss to write you up. 5- Management look down on the associates like slaves, you will never hear a thank you, or we appreciate your work. 6- sometimes you will have to work during your weekends, so be ready to work 2 weeks no days off, and it is not a volunteer as they word it.

Too much work, not enough time

Pros

Pros? Ha ha that's funny... I worked for Anderson for almost 15 years; was like family at first...then they became too big...

Cons

WAY too much work, not enough time. Pay sucked - after 14 years, I was making only slightly more than when I started... Jobs started going outside of the regular merchandising guidelines. District manager had no clue what was going on and showed favoritism. No holidays off. No room for advancement. The list goes on...

Pros

There aren't any but the fact your collecting a paycheck. Some DM's understand the problems but they don't risk losing their jobs over standing up to the corporate misfits!

Cons

Where do I start? Your ARE NOT given enough time to complete all your assigned tasks within any given work week. They take on every client they possibly can without the proper amount of associates to complete the jobs. They pretty much put you in the position of having to lie on your reporting due to the overload. They have reduced hours the past few weeks but have not reduced the amount of "activities"! No pay raises for many years. They don't care about their employees at all. Your basically expected to be a robot and not question their unethical work practices. They DO NOT give the vendors who contract with them what the companies are paying for. It's all smoke and mirrors! You walk 4 to 5 miles a day around Walmart. If they continue on in the same regard as they presently do the contracts will expire; and the companies we represent will take their business elsewhere. This company is a sinking ship if they don't start listening to the sales field, instead of making up excuses, and burning out their employees. The GOOD reviews on here are a sad attempt at making it seem like it's a 2.5 star when it would be a 1 star otherwise. The people writing on this website are NOT making any of this up. The company has had many lawsuits and are constantly trying to cover their rear ends so they don't get sued again. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! You
