Good Experience in the trucking industry. If you land larger accounts you can do well. People are great.

Cons

For what you do and are expected to bring in the commissions should be greater. Logistics is locked in to dumping money into our assets pockets which creates high goals and low payouts. Many with zero management experience come in and get promoted within 3-4 months while employees with great experience, knowledge and expertise are kept in the sales position to make them money.

Co. has great potential, but is run by a lot of young, unprofessional people that lack integrity, drive and imagination.

Pros

Still have some decent paying loads and decent power equipment. Payroll has been fairly accurate.

Cons

1. Trailers are in poor condition. Shops at all terminals are undermanned and under equipped. Getting repairs can be slow if they can even do the work.

I can't think of any.

Cons

Horrible commission structure that makes it virtually impossible to make commission. They claim that you will get one day a week to work from home but with incredibly difficult hurdles to get the day to work from home. They will lie to you to get you in the door. Poor operations staff that often drop the ball on your work and you will loose accounts because of their ineptitude.
