- Good budget for resources as long as you can justify the expense - Company will send you for training if necessary for continued education - Family oriented with good management - Cutting edge tech. If you want to work on latest tech they likely have it - Staff will empower (trust) you and allow you to make mistakes. - Job security. People generally leave on their own accord.

Cons

- Pay can be lacking. They pay management well but you have to be willing to pay your dues. They won't compete with wage scales in Minneapolis area. - No remote work. They allow WFH 1 day a week but you are a cube warrior otherwise - The IT dept is small and not a lot of room for career growth.

Just another cold calling position despite how they present it at first.

Pros

If you're looking for a check/benefits and don't get tired of the same draining process every day, this is your place. They also make a great first impression and put everything "shiny" out for you to see at first. A paid trip to Minnesota to see HQ and learn the history. Check. A "pastor" of a CEO that calls you by name and is glorified as some great figure head? Check. And plenty more.

Cons

Things are not what they seem. People randomly disappear and it's hush hush and you eventually put together why they left. There is no 2 weeks notice, once you want out they show you the door. Their growth is the people that are content working in a work environment that encourages lying and misleading your prospects. The turnover is through the roof and they bring in around 5 new hires a month and they all quit roughly within 5 months. My entire group of new hires all quit in much less than a year. They play the marketing game very well. Quite frankly I feel like working here was a detriment to the beginning of my career as it was my first job out of college. It's a shame that they are allowed to attend college job fairs.
