      -If you fail in this company it is on you. They give you all the tools you need to be successful!! - awesome people and environment -great pay -fast paced - Promote from within -I have recommended to friends who have gotten hired and they absolutely love it.

      Pros

      Company's overall culture is good. Work is fast paced, so I never find myself looking at the clock. We have fun and work hard.

      Cons

      Poor benefits offered. 401K match is sub par, they could easily double what the currently offer. There are a few people with big egos that need to go or at least taken down a notch. Top management needs to be more forthcoming.

      Friendly corporate employees. Nice brand new tractors. Beautiful granite corporate building.

      Cons

      Stress to make lease payment. Not being able to choose loads from other load boards. Dishonesty in passing on defective tractors for first year lease drivers.
