Pros

None but because I have to they use rental cars for the suckers they get in there.

Cons

No pay ! Charged me to repair there equipment and make there payroll with nothing left for the driver. Sent us ( my wife and I ) home broke and homeless ! It seems to be a scam that alot of these companies are doing now days. ie, western express and crst malone. The culmination of which left me losing my home, car and having issues with my children directly as a result of no pay !

Co. has great potential, but is run by a lot of young, unprofessional people that lack integrity, drive and imagination.

Pros

Still have some decent paying loads and decent power equipment. Payroll has been fairly accurate.

Cons

1. Trailers are in poor condition. Shops at all terminals are undermanned and under equipped. Getting repairs can be slow if they can even do the work.

Everyone is nice and helpful. A lot of divisions that have different needs so there is room to do new things. Lunch has a vendors that come in each week with some good $3/$5 meal options.

Cons

Tech stack is limited, not very advanced and probably isn't going to change much. Relatively low paying. No defined development methodology (eg. agile, waterfall).
