      Benefits were pretty good but pay was lacking to say the least.

      Cons

      You only got an increase once every 3 years and everyone receives the same amount which was 3%. The work environment was toxic for many employees.

      Pros

      Good place to get some training under your belt. A lot of employees don’t understand how nonprofits operate and complain about the pay rate. The job is easy, the mid level management can be hard to reach, but the executive leadership is very receptive.

      Cons

      Pay rate, but they are working to increase all positions.
