The management is the worst. Especially in the medical part you have Eneida who is a supervisor over the CMA. When problems/concerns arises she encourages the team to take it to Lindy the head supervisor over her. Instead of being a strong supervisor that stands behind her team and Lindy. Lindy loves to pick when it’s beneficial for her and she lies and very manipulative. Instead of being a just supervisor and doing right by all employees she don’t. She is a Karen and she talks rude and demeans the black women employees that’s there.

The job is stressful with what all has to be accomplished but there's more added stress on "meeting numbers." Short staffed means larger caseloads.
